Why do we have jump jam?

why do we have jump jam we have jump jam so we can keep fit.

Jump jam is with music and a dance floor if you don’t have music and a dance floor you will look like you are just standing there like a fool. So get music and tell some kids to join. Jump jam is what you can do everyday it is fun to do with your friends and your family it is a exercise so that makes it more fun to do. But what I like about it is that you are allowed to dance and if you know the words to the song  you can sing along with the music.I think that jump jam is fun and I think that we should have jump jam everyday and have jump jam with friends and family
